Hmmm, I think I found a new place I need to explore. For all of my german and pork fan friends, any thoughts?
Kartoffelpuffer - German Potato Pancakes Served w/ Sour Cream
Thinking the Polish, Black Forest, Bavarian, Big Cheese, Other Big Cheese, Gobbler, and Barnyard would be good. (Veal makes me sad and I don’t do spicy)
I also want to try Wild West, Swamp Thing, Austrian, Rocky Mountain, Outback, and Cajun (if not spicy)
Bratkartoffeln, Bavarian Tater Tots, Spaetzle, and Bavarian Spread look good (wait… would I like liverwurst?)
I also need to try their chicken and Pilzrahm schnitzel
The pork roast sounds great too.
Are Bavarian style ribs any good?
The beef Rouladen sounds interesting, as does the Sauerbraten, Farmers Plate, and Pork Shank!
Also need to try the beers! The whiskey barrel lager sounds good.
Try Kartoffelpuffer! They are great. But in my sphere we eat them more often with Apfelmus (mashed apple - yum!) The Munich cheese is also great - they call it Obatzda. And Rouladen are great. But as always: it depends on how they prepare it, spices and such. They are German, I think they should know what they are doing!
